Blake Proud was a contestant on the popular cooking show, My Kitchen Rules, with his sister Amanda. He was a young home cook from Perth, Western Australia, with a passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
On the show, Blake was known for his friendly personality and love of experimentation in the kitchen. He often took risks with his cooking, but his unique flavors and techniques always impressed the judges. So much so that they recieved the first 10 in Season 10!
As the competition progressed, Blake found himself facing some of the toughest challenges the show had to offer. But no matter how difficult the task, he always managed to stay calm and focused, impressing the judges with his culinary skills and determination.
Blake & Amanda eventually missed out on the top 10 due to a small ishap with the risotto in an elmination dish, however, Blake never stopped smiling and they left the show gracefully and as the season favourites.
After the show, Blake returned to Perth and continues to cook and appear on local TV & Radio. His success on My Kitchen Rules had put him on the map and his name and 'B Cap' quickly became well known around Perth.
Blake is available for collaborations, TV work, radio work and MCing events.
