I’m Blake Proud, a Perth-based home cook who loves food, live events, and having a good time. You might know me from My Kitchen Rules (Season 10), where I cooked alongside my sister Amanda and became a bit of a fan favourite for taking risks, experimenting with flavours, and just enjoying every moment in the kitchen.
These days, I MC some of WA’s biggest events, like WA Day and Crabfest, and I love sharing my passion for food through live cooking demos. I’m not a professional chef, just a home cook who loves to entertain and bring people together over great food.
