Serving up a creative menu of crocodile dumplings, pork belly and an innovative dessert named sunny side up toast, the pair made a lasting impression. Both Pete and Manu scored their pork belly main served with mash, braised fennel and a juniper berry sauce the first 10 in the whole 10 years of its airing. BROTHER AND SISTER, WA Growing up together, these siblings credit their cooking skills to helping out in the kitchen at home. “We have learned a lot by trial and error cooking at home,” shares Blake, 32.
