Anyone for a gin martini? It’s always been an ice- breaker for 30-year-old liquor executive Blake Proud, who loves to have a drink with his 94-year-old grandmother, Phillis, and 60-year-old father, Eddie.
“There’s so much history to gin,” Mr Proud said. “In my grandmother’s day it would have been London Dry and tonic but there’s a lot more variety now with the different botanicals that are used.”
