Serving up a creative menu of crocodile dumplings, pork belly and an innovative dessert named sunny side up toast, the pair made a lasting impression. Both Pete and Manu scored their pork belly main served with mash, braised fennel and a juniper berry sauce the first 10 in the whole 10 years of its airing.
